  • Assist with communication and engagement efforts supporting new Home Services offerings, pilots, and innovation initiatives.
  • Support A/B testing and other experimentation designed to evaluate messaging, customer engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Review performance data and engagement metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Help translate data and analytical findings into clear takeaways and recommendations for business partners.
  • Conduct research related to customer needs, market trends, competitors, and emerging Home Services opportunities.

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Is currently enrolled in a relevant degree program with a focus on Communications, Marketing, Business, Public Relations, or a related field, with an anticipated graduation date in 2028.
  • Has strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively across different audiences.
  • Demonstrates strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and reasoning skills.
  • Has an analytical mindset and an interest in using data to understand performance and inform decisions.
  • Has strong attention to detail and an eye for identifying patterns, trends, and opportunities within performance data.
  • Is comfortable multitasking and is eager to learn.
  • Is curious, proactive, and willing to bring forward ideas and recommendations.
  • Has the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as a team member.
  • Is authorized to work in the United States.

Highly preferred candidates also have:

  • Prior internship experience.
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Experience with or exposure to A/B testing, marketing analytics, customer engagement metrics, or other forms of performance measurement.
  • Experience developing written communications, presentations, marketing materials, or other audience-facing content.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • An interest in innovation, customer experience, marketing, sales, or the Insurance industry.
