About this role
Neptune Retail Solutions is seeking a part-time Retail Merchandiser to install and maintain in-store advertising displays—including Instant Coupon Machines, shelf advertisements, and shopping cart ads—across a five-city territory in the Twin Cities area. The role averages 5 to 10 hours per week with flexible scheduling, making it suitable for someone seeking supplemental income or part-time work alongside other commitments. You'll be compensated at $16.37 per hour plus gas reimbursement, with paid training provided.
Success in this position requires self-direction, attention to detail, and strong customer service skills. You'll work independently visiting retail locations, so you need a valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation (though some assignments may allow public transit). The work involves physical demands including lifting up to 25 pounds, standing for extended periods, and repetitive bending and stretching. You should be organized, quality-focused, and able to adapt to client and retailer needs while maintaining professionalism in all interactions. Basic computer access at home is necessary for administrative tasks.
This role suits someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working solo with minimal supervision. If you're an energetic self-starter who values schedule flexibility and can manage a small territory independently, this could be a good fit.
