About this role
Neptune Retail Solutions is seeking a part-time Retail Merchandiser to install and maintain in-store advertising displays—including Instant Coupon Machines, shelf advertisements, and shopping cart ads—across the Twin Cities area. The role covers Saint Paul, White Bear Lake, Maplewood, Oakdale, and Stillwater, averaging 5 to 10 hours per week with flexible scheduling. You'll work independently, managing your own territory and deciding when to complete assignments, which suits someone looking for schedule control without a full-time commitment.
The work is hands-on and detail-oriented. You'll be responsible for setup, maintenance, and quality checks on advertising materials in retail locations, requiring you to lift up to 25 pounds, bend and stretch repeatedly, and stand for extended periods. A valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle are essential, though public transit may be an option for some assignments. You'll need to be organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working alone while maintaining professional interactions with retail partners and customers.
This position pays $16.37 per hour, includes gas reimbursement, and provides paid training. You must be at least 18 years old, authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, and have access to a computer, internet, and printer. The role suits someone with a strong work ethic who thrives with independence and can manage their own time effectively.
