About this role

iCapital's Annuities Platform team is building out operational support for its sales and account management functions, and this analyst role sits at the center of that work. You'd be coordinating across carrier and distributor relationships, managing Salesforce records and reporting, preparing materials for client meetings, tracking commitments and action items, and supporting both inbound lead qualification and outbound pipeline development. The position blends account administration with early exposure to client-facing work, making it a practical entry point if you're considering a move into sales or account management.

The role calls for someone organized and detail-oriented who can juggle multiple priorities without losing track of deadlines or client responsiveness. You'll need solid skills in Excel and PowerPoint, familiarity with Salesforce (or willingness to learn it quickly), and the ability to work across teams—Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and others. Prior experience in account coordination, customer success, operations, or related fields is expected; background in insurance or financial services is a plus but not required.

The position is based in Des Moines and works in-office Monday through Thursday with Friday remote flexibility. The salary range is $60,000 to $70,000 hourly, with equity participation, performance bonuses, and a benefits package that includes matched retirement, employer-paid dental and vision, and parental leave. Occasional travel (up to 5%) is part of the role.
