About this role
Clinical Architecture is looking for someone to drive revenue growth in their Integrated Solutions market, which focuses on EHR vendors and integration platforms. As Business Development Manager, you'd own the full sales cycle—prospecting, relationship building, product demonstrations, and closing deals—while reporting to the VP of Sales and working from their Carmel headquarters five days a week. The role demands hands-on execution: you'll research prospects, present solutions tailored to client needs, coordinate with internal teams when appropriate, maintain accurate records in HubSpot, and represent the company at trade shows and client sites.
This position suits someone with at least five years of direct B2B sales experience who understands software or integrated systems products. A background in SaaS or healthcare is valued, and medical software sales experience is a bonus. You'll need strong communication skills, genuine self-motivation, problem-solving ability, and CRM proficiency. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. The role is volunteer-based, though the company provides paid volunteer time, holidays, PTO including a winter break week, comprehensive health insurance, 401k matching, and other benefits for eligible team members. You must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
