What BAYADA Offers

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring RNs in Statesville for one-on-one home care nursing on a flexible, part-time basis. You'd visit a single client near your home on a schedule you choose, executing and documenting physician orders, performing assessments, and monitoring their condition. The role offers 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts across days, evenings, and nights—with no weekend requirement—and pays $28–33 per hour depending on your shift commitment. Night shift positions come with a $10,000 retention bonus.
