About this role
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring RNs for one-on-one home care in the Rutherfordton area, offering the scheduling flexibility many nurses seek alongside clinical depth. You'll work with clients across all age groups and acuity levels—including complex cases like tracheostomy and ventilator management—with paid training to build confidence in these specialized areas. The role supports part-time commitment (minimum 24 hours monthly), flexible shift lengths, and weekly pay, with no weekend requirement.
The position suits nurses who want to stay rooted in their community while maintaining control over their schedule. BAYADA provides 24/7 clinical support, ongoing mentorship, and access to award-winning simulation labs for skill development. You'll use electronic charting through Statewise and have the stability of established clients rather than rotating assignments. Comprehensive benefits include PTO, medical, dental, vision, and 401(k), though this is a part-time role.
To apply, you'll need an active North Carolina RN license and graduation from an accredited nursing program. If direct patient care, clinical autonomy, and a supportive team environment appeal to you more than a traditional hospital setting, this could be a strong fit.
