About this role

You'd work Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, supporting participants with activities of daily living—bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting—along with mobility assistance, meal support, and light housekeeping. This position requires current CNA certification, a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and a valid driver's license. Prior experience working with older adults is preferred. The benefits package includes medical, vision, and dental insurance (starting after 30 days), a retirement savings plan with employer contributions, tuition assistance up to $3,000 per semester, $120 annual wellness reimbursement, mileage reimbursement for work travel, and generous PTO with six paid holidays plus two floating holidays.
