About this role
Walker Meadow Retirement Community's LifeCircles PACE program is seeking a Home Health Aide to deliver direct, hands-on care to older adults in their homes across the Holland area. You'll support participants with activities of daily living—bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting—alongside practical tasks like meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and grocery shopping. The role also involves monitoring mobility and safety, recording vital signs, and serving as an observant advocate who reports changes in condition to the care team.
This is a Monday-through-Friday, 8am–4:30pm position requiring a current CNA certification and valid driver's license. Prior experience working with seniors is preferred. The work demands strong communication and observation skills, reliability, and the ability to balance hands-on caregiving with documentation and team coordination. You'll be part of an interdisciplinary care model designed to help participants maintain independence and dignity at home.
The position offers standard full-time benefits including medical, vision, and dental insurance (starting after 30 days), a retirement plan with employer contributions, six paid holidays plus two floating holidays, and tuition assistance up to $3,000 per semester. You'll also receive mileage reimbursement for work-related travel, a $120 annual wellness reimbursement, and access to daily pay options. The salary range is $18–$20 per hour.
