About this role
Landscape Forms manufactures outdoor site furnishings and community spaces in Kalamazoo, and this production role offers genuine stability with a consistent Monday–Thursday, 6am–4:30pm schedule and weekends off. You'd earn $17/hour plus quarterly bonuses averaging $11,000 annually, with benefits including health, dental, and vision coverage starting day one, employer-paid life insurance, and a 401(k) match. You'll need to be comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds, standing throughout your shift, and performing repetitive hand and arm work in a manufacturing environment. The role calls for someone reliable and detail-oriented who takes pride in craftsmanship, learns new skills readily, and is willing to support different areas of production as needed, including occasional overtime on Fridays when demand requires it.
