About this role
Holistic Industries is looking for a Postharvest (Trim) Associate to join their Salem production operation on a full-time basis. The role centers on the critical final stages of cannabis cultivation: hanging and spacing product for optimal drying, removing buds after hand or machine processing, managing the cure process for each harvest batch, and keeping the work area and equipment clean and organized. This is hands-on, detail-oriented work that directly affects product quality.
The ideal candidate is organized and meticulous, comfortable working collaboratively within a team, and able to juggle multiple priorities without losing focus. You'll need solid communication skills, adaptability, and a genuine work ethic—Holistic Industries emphasizes values like empathy, accountability, and grit as core to their culture. If you thrive in a structured environment where precision matters and you're looking for stability in a growing industry, this could be a strong fit.
Holistic Industries backs their team with a solid benefits package: competitive base pay plus quarterly bonuses, medical/dental/vision coverage, an HSA, pet insurance, a 401(k) match, paid disability and life insurance, mental health services, store discounts, and generous PTO. They also run a referral program and stock option service awards for longer-term team members.
