The role
We are looking for a Temporary Warehouse Associates (Level 1) capable of filling a variety of roles on our production team, also supporting our fulfillment team. The ideal candidate is a motivated individual who pays close attention to detail. We are a rapidly-growing company; you'll have the opportunity to grow along with us!
What you'll do
- Fill products in our production areas using tools such as scoops and scales
- Setup work station with necessary equipment/product
- Pick, pack, and/or ship customer orders using scanners, computers, or printers
- Maintain good housekeeping in work areas
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within a food production environment
- Operate equipment, as necessary
- Other duties as assigned
What you'll bring
- Ability to work a full-time schedule during our Monday - Friday, 5:30PM - 2:00AM
- Able to complete physical work and lift up to 25 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
- Able to on average stand/walk 8-10 hours at a time with additional movements such as pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and/or reaching
- Able to work in a facility with various allergens, including nuts
- A strong sense of urgency to complete work in a timely manner
- Extremely detail-oriented
- Excellent work ethic, always on time, and very reliable
- Able to communicate respectfully, effectively, and professionally with peers and managers
- High school diploma, or its equivalent, or 2+ years’ experience in a warehouse or food production environment
