About this role

Hydrite, a financially strong chemical manufacturer based in Brookfield, is seeking a Senior Commercial Financial Analyst to serve as a key decision-support partner for its leadership team. Reporting directly to the Executive Director of Finance, you'll own the financial analysis that drives profitable growth—evaluating pricing and profitability, building forecasts and business cases, and translating complex data into actionable insights for Sales, Marketing, and Finance stakeholders. The role blends technical rigor with business acumen, requiring you to challenge assumptions, identify margin opportunities across customers and products, and support both strategic planning and day-to-day commercial decisions.

This position demands 5–7 years of FP&A or commercial finance experience, ideally in manufacturing or chemicals, paired with advanced Excel and financial modeling skills. You'll develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, support budgeting and forecasting cycles, and analyze business performance trends and variances. SQL, Power Query, or Snowflake experience is valued, as is familiarity with ERP and CRM systems. Success requires strong problem-solving ability, intellectual curiosity, and the interpersonal skills to influence cross-functionally without formal authority.

The role is based onsite in Brookfield 4–5 days per week with occasional travel (up to 5%) to manufacturing plants, where you may need to wear PPE. Hydrite offers a competitive benefits package including up to 10% retirement contribution, comprehensive health coverage, two weeks' starting PTO, and wellness programs. The company emphasizes a family-driven culture and is recognized as a top workplace.
