Objective: The Delfina Doula will act as a virtual health coach to support pregnant patients and new moms throughout their pregnancy and postpartum journey.

About You: Our ideal Doula is one that has experience in pregnancy, birth and postpartum. You are supportive about providing virtual support with both 1:1 and group education.
Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the Care Delivery manager to execute patient engagement and coaching protocols on a weekly basis
- Ensure patient’s engagement and participation for both pregnant patients and new mothers
- Ensure patients adhere to recommended care protocols and tracking as defined by the healthcare provider and/or organization
Qualifications:
- DONA (Birth, CD, or CBE), ICEA, CAPPA, or ProDoula certified
- Strong communication and conversational skills
- Experience with Web and mobile technologies
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a bonus
- Registered in Nevada Medicaid is a bonus
- Live or work in Nevada >= 50% of the time
- Experience and knowledge of Nevada communities is a plus
- Telehealth experience is a plus

Compensation: $30-35 USD per hour
The compensation range for this contract position represents a wide variety of factors, including location, skills, experience, education, and training. Candidates who meet most of the qualifications above should expect to earn near the middle of the posted compensation range.

About this role
Delfina Medical Group is seeking a contract doula to serve as a virtual health coach for pregnant patients and postpartum mothers using their pregnancy care platform. Working in-office in Nevada, you would partner with the Care Delivery manager to deliver weekly coaching and education—both one-on-one and in groups—while tracking patient adherence to care protocols and supporting engagement throughout the pregnancy and postpartum journey.
The role requires certification through DONA, ICEA, CAPPA, or ProDoula, along with strong communication skills and comfort with telehealth and mobile technologies. Nevada residency or work presence of at least 50% is expected. Spanish-English bilingualism, Nevada Medicaid registration, and familiarity with Nevada communities are valued but not required. The position pays $30–35 per hour on a contract basis, with candidates meeting most qualifications typically landing toward the middle of that range.
