About this role

Curaleaf's Park City dispensary is seeking a part-time pharmacist to serve as a clinical and operational cornerstone in a retail cannabis setting. You'll spend your time consulting directly with medical patients on product selection, dosing, and consumption methods—work that sidesteps insurance bureaucracy and lets you focus on personalized patient guidance. Beyond the counter, you'll train staff on product knowledge, build relationships with physicians and community stakeholders, and oversee compliance, inventory management, and regulatory protocols to keep operations running smoothly.

This role suits a licensed pharmacist with retail pharmacy experience and genuine interest in medical cannabis who values scheduling flexibility. You'll work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in a fast-paced environment that demands attention to detail, strong communication, and the physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift regularly. The position pays $60–65 per hour; note that benefits like medical insurance, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching are reserved for full-time roles, though part-time staff receive PTO and product discounts.
