Description
Position: Real Estate Agent — Luxury + STR Investment Specialist
Company: Home Team Luxury Realty (HTLR), part of The Rise Collective
Company overview:
Role summary:
We provide consistent, high-quality investor leads through our national ecosystem. The agents within our ecosystem have produced $20M+ annually in their local market from company-generated investor leads alone. You are not building from scratch — you are plugging into a proven investor acquisition engine. This is not a traditional brokerage environment. We are building a specialized STR investment platform with high standards and high upside.
Locations:
- We are actively recruiting agents to join our brokerage in the following states:
- Broken Bow, Oklahoma (OK)
- Indianapolis, Indiana (IN)
- Columbus, Ohio (OH)
- Poconos, Pennsylvania (PA)
- All other states: We are onboarding referral partner agents in targeted STR markets. Agents who consistently close investor transactions may have the opportunity to transition into a leadership role if/when we launch a brokerage entity in their state.
- Want to become the go-to STR investor agent in your market (not a generalist).
- Know how to consult on regulations, permitting, zoning/HOA risk, and investment performance — and you can explain it clearly to buyers.
- Move fast, follow a process, and keep deals tight from offer to close.
- Want to plug into a brand ecosystem with investor demand and long-term growth upside.

- Escalate legal/regulatory questions to the appropriate professional and document guidance provided
- Track pipeline and client status consistently (weekly updates, CRM/task discipline)
- Maintain professional communication standards and responsiveness

- Strong communication, negotiation, and transaction management skills
- High integrity and client-first professionalism

About this role
Home Team Luxury Realty is building a specialized short-term rental investment brokerage, and this Columbus role puts you in front of a steady stream of investor-qualified leads rather than requiring you to prospect from scratch. You'd work as a full-time agent within their established ecosystem, handling the full transaction cycle for STR buyers—from initial consultation through close—while providing market-specific guidance on zoning, permitting, HOA restrictions, and investment viability. The role demands both transaction discipline and consultative skill; you're not just processing deals but helping investors understand the regulatory and operational landscape that determines whether a property actually works as an STR.
This opportunity suits agents with 3+ years of experience and a genuine interest in specializing in investor transactions rather than remaining a generalist. You'll need an active Ohio license, strong negotiation and communication skills, and ideally some background in STR investing or a clear plan to develop that expertise. The compensation is commission-based and varies by market structure, with top performers in the network generating $10M–$20M+ annually from company-provided leads alone.
The appeal here is plugging into an existing investor acquisition engine and brand rather than building your own pipeline. As you prove consistent production, there's a path toward market leadership if the company expands its brokerage presence in your state. This is not a traditional brokerage environment—it's a specialized platform with high standards and structured growth expectations.
