About this role

FINFROCK operates as a fully integrated design-build firm where construction crews work alongside in-house architects, engineers, and manufacturers on complex projects like hotels, parking structures, and mixed-use residential complexes. This Construction Worker role places you on job sites across Florida where you'll handle specialized precast concrete work—grouting columns and walls, placing shims, coordinating product placement with crane operators, and maintaining safety systems. The work combines hands-on labor with technical responsibility: you'll need to pass a Riggers Level 1 certification, identify and organize materials from bills of materials, spot safety hazards, and ensure controlled access zones meet FINFROCK's standards.

The position demands physical capability and flexibility. You'll lift 50 pounds regularly, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods, often working shifts that extend beyond standard 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. hours—including early mornings, nights, weekends, and occasional overnight travel. Prior construction or manufacturing experience is preferred, though the company values hard workers willing to learn. FINFROCK emphasizes safety culture and expects strict adherence to company policies and personal protective equipment requirements across all job sites.

The role offers solid benefits including a 401(k) with up to 15% employer match, fully employer-paid health insurance for employees, life insurance, disability coverage, and generous paid time off. This is a full-time position suited to someone seeking hands-on construction work with a well-established, award-winning firm that has operated for over 75 years and invests in its crew members' growth and safety.
