Key Responsibilities
- In-store Representatives must have a valid driver's license and a reliable, insured and registered personal vehicle (For some city assignments, representatives may choose alternate transportation, such as a bus or subway)
- Must be at least 18 years old

About this role
Neptune Retail Solutions is looking for a Retail Merchandiser to install and maintain in-store advertising equipment—Instant Coupon Machines, shelf advertisements, and shopping cart ads—across a territory covering Gulf Shores, Spanish Fort, Orange Beach, and surrounding Alabama communities. This is a part-time role averaging 10 to 13 hours per week, ideal for someone seeking flexible scheduling and the independence of working solo in the field.
The work is hands-on and detail-oriented. You'll need a valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle to travel between retail locations, the physical capability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform repetitive bending and stretching, and the organizational skills to manage your own schedule while maintaining quality standards. Strong customer service and professionalism are essential, as you'll be interacting with store staff and representing Neptune's brand at major retailers including Kroger, Publix, CVS, and Dollar General.
