About this role

Navan's Events team is looking for an experienced event manager to own a substantial portfolio of client events—typically 8–12 running simultaneously—while using the company's proprietary platform to deliver both exceptional in-person experiences and direct product feedback. You'd balance competing demands across vendor negotiations, budget management, and client relationships, all while helping drive revenue and margin targets for the business.

The role demands someone with at least five years of hands-on event management experience who can operate independently from day one yet thrive in a collaborative environment. You'll need strong project management discipline to juggle multiple timelines and vendor contracts, executive presence to advise C-suite clients on strategy, and the problem-solving agility to navigate the unpredictable nature of live events. Prior experience in hospitality or corporate travel is valued, and you should be comfortable traveling up to 10% of the time for onsite execution and client meetings.

Beyond logistics, this position offers a direct line into product development—your feedback on Navan's event management software shapes how the platform evolves. If you're energized by the intersection of flawless execution, client strategy, and technology, and you want to grow within a company that values operational excellence, this role offers meaningful scope and visibility.
