About this role

Kelso Industries is looking for a Commercial Plumber to work on industrial and commercial plumbing systems across manufacturing plants, processing facilities, healthcare settings, and large-scale commercial environments in the Cincinnati area. You'd be responsible for the full lifecycle of plumbing work—installing domestic water, waste, drainage, compressed air, natural gas, and specialty piping systems; performing maintenance and repairs; and troubleshooting issues in operational facilities. The role requires you to read blueprints, work with multiple materials including PVC, copper, steel, and stainless steel, and ensure all installations meet code and safety standards.

This position suits someone with 3 to 5 years of hands-on plumbing experience in industrial or commercial settings who is comfortable working independently or as part of a crew. You'll need OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification, the ability to handle physically demanding work (lifting over 50 pounds, working at heights, in confined spaces), and a valid driver's license. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and productivity as core values.

Kelso Industries offers competitive pay based on experience, medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, paid time off, company-paid training, and advancement opportunities within a larger organization of over 5,000 employees across 40+ companies.
