About this role

MissionOne Media is looking for a Director, Analytics who will own both the strategic vision and hands-on execution of measurement across client accounts. You'd split your time between designing measurement frameworks and advanced analytics projects—working with attribution modeling, incrementality studies, and test-and-learn methodologies—while also presenting insights to senior clients and building dashboards that drive real business decisions. This role requires someone equally comfortable translating complex data into compelling narratives and managing a team of analysts.

The position demands seven-plus years in data and analytics within advertising, consulting, or digital environments, with proven ability to lead client relationships and analytics workstreams simultaneously. You'll need strong expertise in media metrics, campaign performance evaluation, and experimental design, paired with the communication skills to make data accessible to non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency in tools like Excel, Tableau, and Power BI is essential; SQL is a bonus. The role is based in Kansas City but fully remote, with a salary range of $135,000 to $180,000 and benefits including health insurance, flexible PTO, and 401(k).

This is a hybrid leadership and individual-contributor role suited to someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys mentoring others, and sees analytics as a driver of client success rather than just a reporting function.
