About this role

Standard Life is seeking junior Change Managers to support a major transformation programme across the organisation and Phoenix Group. You'd be embedded in assigned projects and workstreams, responsible for coordinating change activities, gathering information on impacts across customers, colleagues, processes and systems, and helping teams navigate new ways of working. The role involves contributing to stakeholder engagement, communications, training and readiness plans, tracking implementation activities, managing change risks and issues, and working collaboratively with programme teams, subject matter experts and external partners.

You'll need one to two years of hands-on change experience—whether from a project, programme or operational setting—plus a solid grasp of change management principles and tools. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential, as is the ability to identify impacts across people, technology and processes, plan effectively and meet deadlines. The role suits someone proactive and delivery-focused who can take ownership, seek guidance when needed and learn on the job. Financial services or pensions background, experience with large-scale system implementations, testing and cutover activities, or work with third-party suppliers would strengthen your application.

Based in Dublin on a hybrid arrangement, the role is full-time at Associate Band 2 level, with a salary of €38,000–48,000 depending on experience. Benefits include a 10% non-contributory pension (with matched contributions up to 2%), funded industry qualifications, and a lunch allowance.
