About this role

VEGA Americas' Training department is expanding and seeking an instructor to deliver technical training both in-person and virtually to customers and internal teams. Based at the Mason, Ohio headquarters, you'll spend roughly half your time traveling across the United States to facilitate courses, with the remainder spent on-site developing curriculum, mentoring fellow instructors, and refining instructional methods. The role requires you to maintain current technical knowledge of VEGA's instrumentation products, track training outcomes and participant feedback, and work collaboratively to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across the organization's training programs.

You'll need a bachelor's degree in a technical, engineering, or business field (or equivalent hands-on experience) plus at least two years of instructor-based experience. Background in health sciences is valued but not required. Success in this position depends on strong communication skills, the ability to engage diverse audiences, and a commitment to continuous improvement—both in your own teaching and in supporting other instructors' development.

This is a full-time, in-office role at a 60-year-old manufacturer of process instrumentation that has earned Cincinnati's Top Workplace Award for a decade. If you're an experienced instructor comfortable with frequent travel and want to deepen your expertise in industrial measurement technology while building a training program, this could be a strong fit.
