About this role
Anduril Industries' Voyager team is building edge computing and communications systems for defense applications, and they need a Manufacturing Test and Quality Engineer to ensure these products meet rigorous military standards before reaching customers. You'll own the quality and testing side of the operation—from supporting new product introductions through medium-volume production, maintaining test systems, analyzing failures, and working directly with design and manufacturing teams to solve problems and drive continuous improvement. The role demands hands-on technical depth: you'll be reading schematics, troubleshooting with oscilloscopes and multimeters, interpreting test data, and translating findings into actionable feedback for engineers.
This position suits someone with at least three years in regulated manufacturing or production environments who has a solid grasp of electronics fundamentals, communication protocols, and production test fixtures. You'll need a Level 6 qualification in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience. Familiarity with statistical process control and gauge studies is valued, as is a background in electronic manufacturing. The role is based in Dublin and requires in-office presence.
Anduril offers competitive benefits including matched pension contributions up to 10%, private health insurance, life and disability coverage, generous PTO with a December company-wide break, fertility and adoption support, 24/7 mental health resources, professional development reimbursement, and free on-site parking with commuter benefits.
