About this role

The Concierge Supervisor role at The Abu Dhabi EDITION sits at the intersection of guest services and team leadership. You'll manage the concierge desk operations—fielding guest requests for everything from transportation and dining reservations to local information and special arrangements—while also overseeing staff scheduling, training, and performance. The position requires you to balance immediate guest satisfaction with administrative duties like shift handovers, supply ordering, and incident reporting, all while maintaining the service standards expected at a luxury Ritz-Carlton property.

This role suits someone with at least a year of concierge or front-of-house experience and proven supervisory capability. You'll need strong communication skills, the ability to problem-solve under pressure, and genuine comfort with both high-touch guest interaction and people management. The job is hands-on and physical—expect to be on your feet for extended periods—and demands professionalism, discretion, and the flexibility to handle unexpected requests and staffing challenges.
