About this role

itD is looking for a Technical Program Manager IV to lead finance transformation work across Accounting, FP&A, and Treasury functions. This is a seven-month hybrid role based in the Menlo Park area, paying $48.60/hour for direct W2 candidates only.

You'd own complex, cross-functional programs from scope and requirements through delivery, coordinating between business partners, technical teams, and senior stakeholders while managing shifting priorities, dependencies, and risks. The work requires strong finance and accounting analysis skills to support decision-making, alongside traditional program management discipline—planning, tracking, risk assessment, and issue resolution in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. You'll also develop status reports, risk assessments, and decision-support materials to keep senior stakeholders aligned.

The role expects 10+ years in program or project management, finance, or accounting, with a demonstrated background in analysis rather than transactional work. A bachelor's degree in a technical field or finance/corporate development is required; an MBA and PMP certification are preferred. You should have experience managing large-scale, technology-enabled initiatives with interdependencies and the ability to operate effectively when requirements shift. Beyond client delivery, you'll participate in itD's internal practice community, contribute to thought leadership, and engage in networking and career development opportunities.
