About this role

Netskope is looking for a Channel Sales Manager to build and scale their reseller business across Australia. You'd manage relationships with 7–10 sales teams and multiple VARs, owning territory quota and driving revenue growth through partner recruitment, enablement, and strategic account management. The role sits between Netskope's sales leadership and its reseller base, requiring you to develop regional business plans, coordinate training and demand generation, and work hands-on with national and regional partners like Optiv, Presidio, and SHI.

This is a hunter role suited to someone with at least four years of channel or account management experience who has built executive-level relationships with resellers and understands how they operate. You'll need deep Salesforce expertise, competitive knowledge of the security landscape, and comfort managing deal mechanics like pricing and spiff payments. The position requires 60% travel and is based in-office in Australia.

Success here means exceeding quota while building a scalable partner program. You'd have strong support from the executive team and local sales reps, making this a good fit if you've consistently over-achieved in territory-based roles and want to shape how a major cloud security vendor goes to market through channels.
