About this role
Osapiens' Talent Acquisition team is looking for a working student to own recruitment for the company's working student and intern pipeline—a genuine end-to-end responsibility that goes well beyond typical support roles. You'll source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and serve as the primary contact for this hiring stream. Beyond your core area, you'll also contribute to broader recruitment efforts across other roles and take on specific projects where you can bring your own ideas to improve how the company attracts talent.
The role suits someone currently studying in a related field (Business, HR, or similar) who is genuinely interested in recruitment and enjoys connecting with people. You'll need to be organized and detail-oriented, comfortable juggling multiple tasks, and capable of working independently while staying collaborative. English fluency is essential; German language skills would be an advantage. In exchange for your work, you'll gain hands-on experience in modern talent acquisition at a growing company, participate in career events around Mannheim, and have the flexibility of hybrid work arrangements.
