About this role
OLIVER SEAPAC is looking for an APAC Brand Manager to serve as the operational and strategic bridge between global headquarters and regional teams across the Asia-Pacific market. Working remotely from Mumbai on a 5:30am–2:30pm schedule, you'll own foundational asset workstreams for the product portfolio, managing everything from initial briefs through regional reviews and localization. This is fundamentally a program and stakeholder coordination role—you'll formalize processes, standardize workflows, ensure brand consistency across markets, and act as a filter between global and local teams to capture regional nuances while maintaining alignment.
The day-to-day involves juggling multiple workstreams: driving asset management for first-party and third-party platforms, coordinating with the e-commerce team on product launches and CRM updates, consolidating feedback from regional and local stakeholders, and flagging high-priority issues. You'll also synthesize insights from post-launch reviews and propose improvements for future cycles. Strong communication, analytical thinking, and meticulous organization are non-negotiable; you need at least five years in marketing or communications, with proven project and stakeholder management experience.
This role suits someone who thrives in matrix environments, enjoys building systems and clarity out of complexity, and can balance global consistency with local flexibility. Tech industry experience and familiarity with AI tools are bonuses, though what matters most is your ability to learn quickly and understand how new technologies create value. If you're energized by cross-functional coordination and continuous process improvement rather than creative execution, this could be a strong fit.
