About this role
Kikoff is a profitable, pre-IPO fintech company scaling rapidly with record revenue growth and a unicorn valuation. As Product Operations Manager, you'd own the operational backbone of their consumer financial products—ensuring quality, compliance, and cross-functional coordination from launch through long-term maintenance. This means diagnosing product issues alongside engineering and compliance teams, conducting customer interviews to validate support needs, driving policy changes around delinquency and reporting, and managing external vendors against SLAs. You'd report to product leadership and influence prioritization across product pods.
The role demands someone with 5+ years in B2C tech, product, operations, or startups, plus at least one year managing people. You'll need strong project management skills, vendor management experience, and the analytical chops to quickly diagnose and prioritize issues in a fast-moving environment. This is for someone who has shipped products, improved processes at scale, and can think strategically about long-term product strategy while executing tactically day-to-day. The position is full-time, in-office in San Francisco, with a base salary of $160,000–$200,000.
