About this role
At MX Technologies, the Creative Director role sits at the intersection of brand strategy and business impact within a fintech company scaling rapidly after navigating significant growth challenges. You'll own the visual identity and creative operations that communicate MX's mission across all customer touchpoints, from establishing design systems and brand standards to building workflows that let the broader organization create on-brand content independently. This is leadership work: you'll mentor a creative team, direct projects end-to-end, and collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Brand to translate complex financial solutions into compelling narratives that drive customer acquisition and pipeline generation.
The role demands 8+ years of creative leadership experience, ideally in fintech, B2B SaaS, or regulated financial services where you've managed enterprise go-to-market strategies and sales enablement. You'll need mastery of design systems, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma, plus the strategic thinking to connect audience psychology to emotionally resonant creative work. Equally important is your ability to articulate *why* creative decisions matter—demonstrating to stakeholders how your work builds brand trust and contributes measurably to revenue outcomes, not just aesthetic appeal.
This is an in-office, full-time position in Lehi, Utah, suited for someone who thrives in a culture that values ownership, curiosity, and thoughtful execution. If you've built scalable creative operations, led teams through complex stakeholder environments, and want your work directly tied to business results in a fintech context, this role offers real influence over how MX grows.
