About this role

Leading merchandising operations for a collaborative Nike and SKIMS venture requires someone who can orchestrate complex product launches across multiple geographies and distribution partners. This role sits at the intersection of merchandising strategy and supply chain execution, owning everything from purchase order management and EDI transmission through product data validation and international pricing coordination. You'll be the operational backbone ensuring that NikeSKIMS products move from planning through delivery accurately and on time, working closely with internal teams in merchandising, planning, and logistics as well as external Nike and distribution partners.

The position demands deep technical proficiency—NetSuite expertise is essential, SPS Commerce or similar EDI platforms are required, and you'll need strong data reconciliation and Excel skills to catch discrepancies before they derail launches. Beyond the systems knowledge, success here hinges on your ability to build repeatable processes, establish clear accountability across fragmented teams, and resolve issues decisively. You should bring at least seven years in merchandising operations, order management, or supply chain, ideally in apparel or consumer products, with demonstrated experience managing complex workflows across multiple regions and product assortments.

This is an in-office role in Los Angeles with a salary range of $120,000 to $135,000. It suits someone who thrives in operational rigor, enjoys cross-functional problem-solving, and wants to directly impact how a high-growth brand scales its product delivery infrastructure.
