About this role
Morgan & Morgan's general liability litigation paralegal role centers on supporting attorneys through the full lifecycle of personal injury cases—from initial pleadings and discovery through trial preparation and settlement. You'll handle document preparation and e-filing, manage discovery requests and depositions, coordinate exhibits and trial materials, and serve as a key liaison between attorneys, clients, courts, and opposing counsel. The position demands strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
To succeed here, you'll need at least two years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm setting, preferably in injury-related practice areas such as personal injury, workers' compensation, premises liability, or medical malpractice. An associate's degree or completion of a nationally accredited paralegal program is expected. You should be comfortable working independently with minimal supervision, have solid written and verbal communication abilities, and be ready to support a lead attorney and legal assistant in a hybrid Phoenix office.
The role offers competitive pay with a bonus plan, plus standard benefits including medical and dental insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and paid holidays. Note that this position is not eligible for remote work despite the hybrid designation.
