  • Expand your instructional design expertise with direct coaching from senior instructional designers and an active global ID community of practice.
  • Build depth across the enablement tech stack (WorkRamp, Highspot, Articulate 360, WhatFix, Canva) and in the AI tooling layered on top.

Things You’ll Do

  • Develop and launch digital content, with an emphasis on just-in-time learning that can be produced, published, and updated at speed.
  • Build learning content across diverse modalities including e-learning, video, job aids, in-application guidance, and support materials for live sessions.
  • Own the end-to-end process and timeline for your assigned scope, including entry of content into the LMS, Beta launch, and launch support, with senior ID review at key milestones.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate drafting, scripting, media creation, and quality assurance, applying instructional judgment to everything that ships.

About this role

Qualtrics' GTM Enablement team is building learning programs that directly impact how thousands of employees and partners engage with customers—and ultimately, how the company grows. As an Associate Instructional Designer, you'd own the full lifecycle of digital content creation for sales, pre-sales, delivery, and account management roles, working across multiple formats and platforms to keep enablement resources agile and current as the business evolves.

The role demands someone who can translate complex product and methodology into clear, engaging learning experiences while moving fast. You'll use AI tools as part of your everyday workflow—drafting, scripting, generating media—but apply real instructional judgment about where technology genuinely helps versus where it doesn't. You'll work across Articulate 360, WorkRamp, Highspot, WhatFix, and Canva, interview subject matter experts, write scripts and assessments, and analyze learner data to refine content. This is hands-on design work with regular checkpoints from senior IDs and clear priorities, not a role where you're waiting to be unblocked.

You'll need 4–5 years in content development, technical writing, or instructional design, with demonstrated proficiency in Articulate and at least one enablement platform. Experience with AI tools, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work comfortably in a shifting environment are essential. If you also bring knowledge of adult learning theory, video editing skills, or experience designing curricula for defined audiences, you'd be well-positioned. This is an in-office role in Provo, Utah.
