About this role
Wilson Elser's Houston office is building out its litigation team with a Nurse Paralegal who can bridge healthcare expertise and legal work. You would spend your days analyzing medical records, creating chronologies and summaries, organizing materials for expert witness review, and conducting investigative research—work that draws directly on clinical knowledge while introducing you to the legal side of healthcare disputes. This hybrid role suits an RN with a bachelor's degree who wants to leverage their medical background in a professional services setting without returning to bedside care.
The firm will provide paralegal training if you lack prior legal experience, though background as a Nurse Paralegal or Legal Nurse Consultant is valued.
