About this role

At The Ritz-Carlton's Dallas property, this role centers on leading the daily food and beverage operation while upholding the brand's exacting service standards. You'll oversee shift operations, manage compliance with F&B policies and procedures, supervise staffing levels, and maintain the operating budget. The position requires balancing operational efficiency with the brand's commitment to exceptional guest experiences—handling everything from supply ordering and equipment maintenance to responding proactively to guest concerns and reviewing satisfaction feedback with your team.

The ideal candidate has either four years of hands-on F&B, culinary, or hospitality experience with a high school diploma, or a two-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field paired with two years of relevant experience. You'll need to understand the nuances of each position on your team well enough to step in when needed, communicate performance expectations clearly, and foster an environment of trust and accountability. This is fundamentally a people-focused role—you'll coach staff, model the brand's service culture, and create conditions where your team feels motivated and empowered to deliver.

The work is full-time and in-office in Dallas. Success here depends on your ability to manage competing priorities: maintaining quality and standards while controlling costs, supervising operations while remaining accessible to both staff and guests, and handling the day-to-day execution while developing your team for growth.
