About this role
Parrish DeVaughn Injury Lawyers is looking for a Resource Specialist to manage the critical backend work that keeps personal injury cases moving forward. You'll handle medical records retrieval, billing documentation, and financial data entry across a high-volume caseload—requesting records from providers and insurers, reviewing bills for accuracy, recording transactions in the case-management system, and flagging discrepancies. The role demands attention to detail and persistence, as you'll track outstanding requests, follow up on delays, and communicate with medical providers and insurance carriers to ensure files are complete and accurate.
This position suits someone comfortable working methodically through repetitive tasks while maintaining precision under pressure. Experience in records retrieval is preferred, as is a bachelor's degree, though the core requirements are solid computer skills (particularly Microsoft Office), strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to organize and problem-solve around billing and insurance data. You'll be based in the Oklahoma City office full-time, working within a mission-driven firm focused on serving injured clients.
