About this role
Packard Culligan's Brooklyn Park facility is looking for someone to keep its bottled water production running smoothly from the ground up. You'd operate and monitor production equipment, inspect finished products for quality, troubleshoot line issues, and manage the warehouse side—receiving materials, tracking inventory, and staging products for delivery. The role also involves forklift operation, basic water treatment support, and maintaining the sanitary standards required for food-grade production. It's hands-on work that demands attention to detail, physical stamina (including repetitive lifting up to 43 lbs.), and the ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
The early morning shift (5:00 AM–1:30 PM, Monday–Friday) suits someone who thrives on structure and doesn't mind getting started before dawn. Packard Culligan backs this up with genuine investment in your development: they cover training and certification for roles like Certified Plant Operator, PCQI, and HACCP, plus tuition reimbursement. Benefits include zero-deductible medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and paid time off. Prior warehouse, manufacturing, or forklift experience is helpful but not required—what matters most is dependability, a willingness to learn, and comfort with the physical demands of production work.
