About this role
OOS Management Corp. is looking for a Spanish-speaking Registered Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with a 10-year-old in Paterson, NJ. This is a straightforward role: you'll provide behavioral support and mentoring during weekday afternoons and evenings (4:00 PM–8:00 PM, Monday through Friday), with your mornings and weekends completely free. The position pays $20–$30 per hour.
The role demands fluent Spanish—not conversational, but genuinely fluent—along with genuine patience and energy for working with a child who is engaged and opinionated. You'll be the primary adult in the child's support system during your hours, so the ability to build rapport, stay calm under pressure, and adapt to a young person's needs is essential. If you hold or are pursuing your RBT certification and thrive in direct, one-on-one work with kids rather than administrative or team-based environments, this could be a good fit.
