About this role

Bee Window, Indiana's established residential window and door installer, is seeking a Service Technician to handle warranty claims and service work across their customer base. You'll diagnose and repair window and door failures—from glass replacements and balancer work to addressing installation issues and structural misalignments—while representing the company directly to homeowners. The role combines hands-on technical work with customer education, requiring you to explain complex problems clearly and manage expectations around timelines and repairs.

You'll need at least two years of experience in window or door installation, service, remodeling, or finish carpentry, with solid proficiency in hand and power tools and various window and door systems. The position offers $55,000–$60,000 annually, a company vehicle with gas card, and standard benefits including medical, vision, and dental coverage plus comprehensive PTO.
