About this role

At Judi Health, you'd manage compliance-focused projects and initiatives across a healthcare technology company that's modernizing benefits administration for millions of Americans. This role bridges Compliance with Legal, HR, IT, Operations, and other departments—meaning you'll coordinate cross-functional teams, track regulatory requirements, and keep complex projects aligned with healthcare standards. You'll own everything from planning and risk management to stakeholder communication and executive reporting, while supporting the broader compliance program through policy implementation, technology platform optimization, and enterprise risk assessments.

The position suits someone with at least five years of project management experience, ideally three of those in compliance, healthcare, health plans, or similarly regulated environments. You should be comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities and dependencies, facilitating meetings across departments, and influencing stakeholders without direct authority. A bachelor's degree is required; PMP certification and healthcare compliance credentials like CHC or CCEP are preferred but not mandatory. Experience with governance and compliance platforms, plus familiarity with business continuity and disaster recovery planning, would strengthen your candidacy.

Based in Charlotte and full-time in-office, this role offers a salary range of $117,600 to $147,000. It's a fit for someone who thrives in structured, regulated environments and finds purpose in building operational infrastructure that supports healthcare delivery at scale.
