About this role

BAYADA Home Health Care is offering full-time LPN positions in homecare focused on private duty nursing—meaning you'd work full shifts (8, 10, or 12 hours) with one client per shift in the Jefferson City area. The role involves caring for clients with conditions like traumatic brain injury, cerebral palsy, spinal muscular atrophy, and epilepsy. If you're transitioning from hospital, long-term care, or school nursing, your existing skills transfer directly to this one-on-one home setting.

The organization emphasizes stability as a 50-year-old nonprofit, which translates to consistent leadership, no merger concerns, and employees who tend to stay long-term. Full-time night nurses receive a $4,000 sign-on bonus. You'll have access to 24/7 managerial support, flexible scheduling options, weekly paychecks, and preventive care coverage for all employees. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage; PTO; paid holidays; 401(k) with company match; employer-paid life insurance; and an Employee Assistance Program, plus scholarship opportunities and on-the-job training.

The position requires a current nursing license in good standing, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and SER-MO certification. Short commutes to local clients and the ability to build continuity with individual clients are built into the model.
