About this role

BAYADA Home Health Care offers LPNs the chance to build a stable career with a nonprofit organization that has operated for 50 years and prioritizes long-term employee retention. As a private duty nurse in the Festus area, you would provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to individual clients in their homes during full shifts (8, 10, or 12 hours), working with conditions such as traumatic brain injury, cerebral palsy, spinal muscular atrophy, and epilepsy. The role involves short commutes to local clients and draws on the same clinical skills you'd use in hospital, long-term care, or school settings.

The position comes with a $4,000 sign-on bonus for full-time night nurses, flexible scheduling across days, evenings, and nights, and weekly paychecks. Full-time benefits include medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage; PTO; paid holidays; 401(k) with company match; employer-paid life insurance; and an Employee Assistance Program. You'll also have access to 24/7 managerial support, scholarship opportunities, and free training.

To qualify, you need a current Missouri nursing license in good standing and graduation from an accredited nursing program. This role suits LPNs seeking predictable private duty work with a mission-driven employer that emphasizes employee stability and support.
