About this role

BAYADA Home Health Care offers LPNs in Springfield the stability of a 50-year-old nonprofit organization where clinical staff tend to stay long-term and leadership is built from within. You'd work full-time in private duty homecare, providing one-to-one skilled nursing to local clients with conditions like traumatic brain injury, cerebral palsy, spinal muscular atrophy, and epilepsy. Shifts run in full blocks of 8, 10, or 12 hours with short commutes to nearby clients.

The role requires a current Missouri nursing license and completion of an accredited nursing program. If you've worked in hospitals, long-term care, or schools, those skills transfer directly to managing a single client in a home setting. BAYADA provides 24/7 managerial support, weekly paychecks, and flexible scheduling options, along with standard benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, 401(k) matching, employer-paid life insurance, and access to free courses and on-the-job training. Preventive care is covered for all employees, including part-time staff.
