About this role
BAYADA Home Health Care, a nonprofit with 50 years of stability, is hiring full-time LPNs for private duty homecare in the Parkville area. The role centers on one-to-one client care in full shifts (8, 10, or 12 hours), working with local patients who have complex diagnoses like traumatic brain injury, cerebral palsy, spinal muscular atrophy, and epilepsy. If you've worked in hospitals, long-term care, or schools, those skills transfer directly to managing a single client in their home environment.
The position offers genuine career stability as a nonprofit—no mergers or leadership upheaval—with 24/7 managerial support, weekly paychecks, and flexible scheduling across days, evenings, and nights. Full-time LPNs receive medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage; PTO; paid holidays; 401(k) matching; employer-paid life insurance; and access to scholarship opportunities and free training. Night shift positions include a $4,000 sign-on bonus.
You'll need a current Missouri nursing license in good standing and graduation from an accredited nursing program. This role suits LPNs seeking predictable, relationship-based care work with organizational backing and genuine benefits.
