About this role
BAYADA Home Health Care offers LPNs in the Grandview area a full-time position focused on private duty home care, where you'd provide one-on-one skilled nursing to local clients with conditions like traumatic brain injury, cerebral palsy, spinal muscular atrophy, and epilepsy. Shifts run in full blocks of 8, 10, or 12 hours with minimal commute, and the role suits nurses transitioning from hospital, long-term care, or school settings who want continuity of care with individual patients rather than rotating assignments.
As a nonprofit with 50 years of stability, BAYADA emphasizes employee retention and support—you'll have access to 24/7 managerial and compliance hotlines, preventive care coverage for all staff, flexible scheduling options, and a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and employer-paid life insurance. The company also invests in professional development through scholarship opportunities and on-the-job training. A sign-on bonus of $2,000 to $4,000 is available.
The position requires a current, active LPN license in Missouri and graduation from an accredited nursing program. Weekly paychecks and the ability to shape your own schedule—whether part-time or full-time, days, evenings, or nights—are standard across the role.
