About this role

BAYADA Home Health Care, a nonprofit with 50 years of stability, is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses for private duty homecare in the Eureka area. This full-time role involves working complete shifts (8, 10, or 12 hours) with one client per shift, typically serving patients with conditions like traumatic brain injury, cerebral palsy, spinal muscular atrophy, and epilepsy. You'll have short commutes to local clients and access to 24/7 managerial support, making this a structured alternative to hospital or facility-based nursing.

The position requires a current Missouri nursing license and graduation from an accredited nursing program—skills from hospital, long-term care, or school nursing transfer directly. Full-time night nurses receive a $4,000 sign-on bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage; PTO; paid holidays; 401(k) with company match; employer-paid life insurance; and an Employee Assistance Program. BAYADA also offers flexible scheduling, weekly paychecks, and professional development through scholarships and free courses.

This role suits LPNs seeking predictable one-to-one client relationships, schedule flexibility, and the security of a nonprofit employer with long-tenured leadership and low turnover.
