About this role
Ascension's clinic in Bartlesville is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to manage the full patient journey from intake through follow-up care. You'll collect vital signs and health histories, administer medications and immunizations, assist with minor procedures, and handle the coordination work that keeps care moving smoothly—managing lab results, prescription refills, and specialist referrals. The role balances direct clinical skills with the organizational work that prevents gaps in patient care.
Patient education and compliance are central to the position. Beyond clinical tasks, you'll provide guidance on chronic disease management and self-care that helps patients stay engaged with their treatment plans. This is full-time, in-office work in a nonprofit Catholic health system known for supporting its associates and recognized as one of the best places to work in healthcare.
You'll need an active Oklahoma or Kansas LPN license before your start date and BLS certification within your first month. A high school diploma or one year of relevant clinical experience qualifies you educationally, though your professional licensure can substitute for either requirement.
