About this role

BAYADA Home Health Care's Nurse Residency Program offers new graduates a structured entry into private duty nursing with the backing of an ANCC-accredited curriculum—the only paid residency program of its kind in home care. You'll work one-on-one with patients across all ages and acuity levels in the Columbia area, supported by clinical managers who prioritize your confidence and competence from day one. The program includes paid training, access to simulation labs, weekly pay, and around-the-clock clinical support as you build your skills in a non-profit environment focused on quality care.

The role requires a full-time commitment and a current nursing license, but offers flexibility around your schedule once you're established. Beyond the residency itself, BAYADA provides comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, preventive care for all employees, company-paid life insurance, and a 401(k) partner program. You'll also have access to an Employee Assistance Program and may qualify for Public Service Loan Forgiveness.

This position suits nurses who want mentored, hands-on experience close to home without the hospital setting, and who value working for an organization with 50 years of established operations and a clear commitment to supporting new clinicians.
