Qualifications
The Requirements
- 10+ years of commercial Property & Casualty experience in a client facing role or demonstrated ability to fulfill role responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of coverage forms to analyze program design, identify coverage gaps, and provide ongoing consultation
- Ability to interpret, analyze, and present analytical models
- Relationship management skills to leverage internal and external resources and drive conflict resolution
- Negotiation skills to develop solutions and secure consensus across stakeholders
- Strong communication skills, including group presentations and technical discussions
- Strong project management experience with large, complex, or multi-dimensional accounts
- Receptive to feedback, with strong critical thinking and adaptability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with relevant online tools
- Active P&C insurance license with required continuing education

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $130,000– $130,000 USD per year. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.

About this role
Acturhire is seeking a Client Advocate for its Pittsburgh office to manage complex Property & Casualty insurance programs and serve as a strategic resource for clients. This role requires someone with at least 10 years of P&C experience in a client-facing capacity who can analyze coverage forms, identify gaps, and provide ongoing consultation. You'll interpret analytical models, negotiate solutions across internal and external stakeholders, and manage large or multi-dimensional accounts while maintaining strong relationships and driving conflict resolution.
The ideal candidate combines deep technical knowledge of insurance coverage with excellent communication and project management skills. You should be comfortable presenting to groups, discussing technical details, and working in Excel and PowerPoint. An active P&C insurance license is required. The position is based in Pittsburgh and requires in-office work. Acturhire offers a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, and paid leave, along with an annual short-term incentive bonus. The base salary is $130,000 per year. Note that visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
